The Feria Internacional del Libro - Puerto Rico (FIL-PR©)
[www.fil-puertorico.org] now in its 18th year of operation, is presently awaiting 501(c)3 certification. In the meantime Mr. José Carvajal, President and Founder, Dalia Nieves Albert, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder and Edwin (Rodd) Rodriguez VP and Co-Founder, have expanded its mission and vision to develop an integrated cultural network that will benefit Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and affiliates around the world. As a result, FIL-PR has developed four independent and fully integrated publishing, educational, ecological and cultural components.

One of the keystone projects of FIL-PR Education is the Agri-Eco© School-Workshops at Hacienda Carvajal in Ciales, the heart of Puerto Rican mountain range. This program is powered by HACIENDA CARVAJAL: Culture in Nature - Organic Agriculture I Sustainable Growth
